What data we collect
Only what you type in the contact form: your name, your email or phone, your business name if you give it, what you are interested in and your message. We also keep the page you wrote from, the language and the date.
To stop abuse of the form we keep, for one hour, an encrypted fingerprint of your connection that does not reveal your IP address.
This site does not use cookies or advertising or tracking tools. It only remembers in your browser whether you want the site sounds on or off.
What we use it for
To reply to you and give you the information you asked for about our products and services. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not send you advertising without asking you separately.
When you write to us we send you a confirmation email, and our team receives a notice with your message.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by checking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Who else processes it
We use providers that process the data on our behalf and only for the above: Vercel Inc. (hosts this site), Upstash Inc. (keeps your message until our system picks it up, at most 30 days) and our email provider. Some are outside the Dominican Republic, for example in the United States; by sending the form you accept that transfer.
How long we keep it
On the site, until our internal system picks up your message: a few minutes and never more than 30 days.
In our internal system, while we are in conversation with you. If the inquiry does not go ahead, we delete it after 12 months; in any case, 24 months after the last contact. If you become a client, the terms of the service you hire apply.
Your rights
Under Law 172-13, you can ask to see your data, correct it, have it deleted or have us stop using it. Write to contacto@vrdevgroup.com from the email you used or giving the phone number, and we will reply as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied, you can go to the competent authorities.
Security
The site only works over an encrypted connection (https). Your message travels encrypted to our internal system, which only authorized staff can enter with two-step verification, and every access is logged.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
